You will lead clinical assessments, care planning and incident reviews, coordinating resident care with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, person-centred care while mentoring Registered Nurses and Care Staff.

This is a pivotal leadership role on day one of a brand-current community, offering opportunities to shape clinical standards, governance and culture within a supportive Opal
