Business Development Manager – Architectural & Interior Products

Our client, a leading international brand specialising in innovative window furnishing systems and smart home technology, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its Sydney team.

We're looking for a polished, confident salesperson with a strong hunter mentality who enjoys meeting people and winning new business. Industry experience isn't essential, but you'll need a genuine interest in technology, a passion for sales and the drive to develop new manufacturing accounts across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach manufacturing businesses to generate recent sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and convert prospects into customers.
- Present innovative products and technology solutions to potential clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads and track opportunities using Salesforce.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in sales, business development,



retail or another customer-facing role.
- A proactive approach to prospecting, with the confidence to initiate conversations and secure new business.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
- Professional, well-presented and polished, with a positive and engaging personality.
- A genuine interest in technology and innovation, with the initiative to learn, share ideas and stay ahead of trends.

Salary: $80k–$115k base + super + commission, depending on experience.
