Achieve Australia is seeking an Assistant in Nursing to provide person-centred support to people with a disability. You will help clients set goals, participate in activities, and advocate for their needs while ensuring safety and quality care.
Role requires Cert III in Disability or Individual Support, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work as part of a team-oriented team across the region. Regular training and paid induction are provided.
