Accounts Officers/Clerks

Salary $80 - $95K pro-rata (dependent on experience)

Part time – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

We are a growing business mentoring company who are looking for a commercially focused, hands-on accounts clerk / bookkeeper to join the team who will deliver accurate, timely and professional service to all stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team 3 days a week.





Key Responsibilities:

Accounts receivable – generating monthly invoices, posting cash receipts/credit card payments and assist with the collections process;

Accounts payable – coding and posting creditor invoices as well as generating payments through online banking software;

Perform bank reconciliations;

Perform ad hoc tasks as required;

Run weekly payroll, and STP filings;

Quarterly super lodgements

Assist in Monthly Management Report Preparation for submission to Board;

Month end reconciliation.

The successful candidate will have:

Proficient skills in Xero;

A strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;

Be able to multitask and handle pressure;

Have good oral and written communication skills with a good command of English;

Be a team player but able to operate independently.
