With offices nationwide and a growing installed asset base, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales & Maintenance Coordinator to join our Victorian team based in Hallam.

The Opportunity

This is an entry level role that is predominantly office-based, phone-focused role with the option to grow into a sales BDM role, and fast career progression. A strong emphasis on working through Atlan's existing customer base, installed asset records and current opportunities already recorded in our CRM system.

You will be provided with a large database of existing Atlan Stormwater installations and existing sales and maintenance opportunities across Victoria. Your role will be to proactively contact customers, asset owners and facility managers, understand their maintenance requirements, follow up existing quotations and opportunities, and help progress these opportunities through to the next stage.

A key part of the role will be working consistently through Pipedrive, ensuring opportunities are actively followed up, customer conversations are recorded, next actions are scheduled and no genuine opportunity is left unattended.

Pipedrive → Customer Call → Follow-Up → Update CRM → Set Next Action → Progress Opportunity

The focus is on maximising the opportunities Atlan already has through strong phone-based customer engagement and disciplined follow-up.

This role would suit someone with experience in internal sales, customer service,



service coordination, account management, facilities management, property management or a similar customer-focused role.

No stormwater experience is required - full product and systems training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Opportunity Management

- Proactively manage and progress maintenance opportunities, enquiries and quotations through the pipeline.

2. Customer Engagement

- Build strong relationships with customers, asset owners and facility managers, providing responsive and professional support.

3. Business Development

- Identify and develop maintenance opportunities within existing assets, customers and inactive accounts.

4. CRM & Internal Coordination

- Maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure clear visibility of opportunity outcomes and next actions.
