Swells is seeking a naturally energetic, friendly and confident person to join our service team. We provide training and mentorship, with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a restaurant with table service required.

Initially, you’ll learn how our operation works on the floor and behind the bar, and as you demonstrate leadership, you’ll gain more responsibility and help build your management capability. Swells has exciting plans, so now is a excellent time to join the team.
