Compass Group Pty Limited in Port Macquarie is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a large aged care kitchen serving 300 residents. You’ll work with the Head Chef, drive menu ideas, maintain food safety standards, and coach a sizeable kitchen team on a Monday–Friday roster. Base salary 91,000 with superannuation is offered.

In this full‑time role you’ll ensure HACCP compliance, manage stock and waste, and contribute to delivering nutritious meals with consistency and care across daily operations.
