This is an prospect to combine your passion for health and wellness with your organisational, relationship management and commercial skills. You'll play a key role in bringing workplace wellness programs to life, connecting corporate clients with talented health professionals and instructors, and ensuring our programs deliver genuine value.

About the Role

As National Wellness Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our national wellness operations, helping deliver engaging,



high-quality programs for corporate clients across Australia.

You'll work closely with corporate clients, wellness practitioners, fitness instructors and our internal team to ensure everything runs smoothly, relationships continue to grow and employees have access to programs that support their health and wellbeing.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys both people and processes. You'll need to be highly organised and comfortable managing competing priorities, but just as importantly, you'll bring initiative, commercial awareness and a genuine enthusiasm for what we do.

You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes and help shape the next stage of CCW's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Bring wellness programs to life: Coordinate the delivery of national health, fitness and wellbeing programs, classes and services.

- Build strong relationships: Work closely with corporate clients, practitioners and instructors to create a positive experience for everyone involved.

- Keep operations running smoothly: Manage schedules, program calendars, bookings, logistics, communications and documentation.

- Make wellness happen on the ground: Support instructors and practitioners across multiple sites, troubleshoot challenges and ensure consistent service delivery.

- Grow client partnerships: Help maintain strong client relationships, support renewals and identify opportunities to enhance existing wellness programs.

- Champion better wellbeing: Bring ideas and enthusiasm to help make our programs engaging, accessible and valuable to employees.

- Drive continuous improvement: Develop and refine systems, processes and reporting to support quality, consistency and national growth.

- Support business growth: Recognise opportunities to deliver additional value to clients and contribute to wider business development initiatives.
