Evolution Mining’s Cowal Gold Operations in Recent South Wales is seeking a Process Operator for a residential 7/7 roster based in West Wyalong. You’ll gain exposure to crushing, grinding, flotation, leaching and control room operations while helping deliver safe, reliable gold production.

Reporting to the Mill Supervisor, you’ll monitor plant performance, respond to deviations, maintain logs and handovers, and contribute to continuous safety and efficiency improvements within a collaborative
