Evoke Projects in Melbourne is seeking a highly experienced Pre-Construction Manager to own the pre-construction phase from Heads of Agreement to handover. You will pressure-test pricing, close scope gaps and lock in certification pathways, while maintaining explicit client communication and a robust change and cost baseline.

You will coordinate engineers, consultants and specialists, review design handovers, and ensure a construction-ready handover with sealed IFC drawings and complete packages.
