An established Northern Beaches real estate agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a quality portfolio.

You’ll manage 120 properties with average rents of $2,000 per week, all located close together to minimise travel between inspections and appointments. This concentrated portfolio gives you the opportunity to get to know your properties and build strong, long-term relationships with landlords.

You’ll manage the portfolio from end to end, maintaining clear communication with landlords and tenants and coordinating trades, inspections and lease renewals.

The office runs on Vault and Property Tree, so you’ll be working with established systems from day one.

The role offers a $120,000 package and a Tuesday to Saturday working week, with Mondays off for appointments, errands and personal time.

Prior residential property management experience and a Certificate of Registration are required. You’ll bring solid organisational skills, confident communication and a practical approach to resolving issues.
