Customer Service & Internal Sales - Light-XR

Light-XR is a Sydney-based manufacturer and distributor of commercial lighting, supplying projects and lighting orders across Australia. We have a mixed and varied clientele including wholesale and retail clients as well as consultants, designers and specifiers.

We're looking for a sharp, well-organised person to join the team in a combined customer service and internal sales role, supporting the external sales team and our customers directly.

The role

- First point of contact for customers - electricians, contractors, builders and specifiers
- Handling enquiries, quoting, order processing and follow-through
- Supporting the external sales team across the group
- Managing your own admin - CRM, quotes,



logistics coordination
- Based in our Alexandria office

Robust communicator, confident on the phone and over email

Genuinely good at juggling multiple jobs at once without dropping balls

Some customer service, trade counter, internal sales or admin experience

Keen to learn the product and grow into a wider sales role over time - we promote from within
