Focused On Care Pty is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning & Capability Manager to lead the rostering function within our Service Delivery team in Queensland. You will oversee the rostering system, forecast staffing needs using data, and ensure payroll and billing accuracy in line with client requirements.

You will collaborate with HR to ensure workforce compliance and maximise utilisation in a energetic, high-volume environment, while guiding the rostering team to deliver quality outcomes.
