Recent Balance is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead retail operations across the Pacific region. Based in Melbourne or Sydney, you’ll oversee stock control, drive sales performance, optimise conversion and operational efficiency, and support a motivated, high‑performing retail workforce.

Reporting to the Head of Retail ANZ, you will manage inventories, rosters, store visits, audits, training, cash handling, OH&S;, IT support, and Aptos implementation.
