These are the flagships premium venues of Seven venues owned and managed by The Venues Collection.

We are looking for a professional supervisor ready to step up who can lead our team and provide exceptional and consistent customer service for all functions, events, weddings, product launches, gala dinners, conferences and special occasions.

By providing all aspects of food and beverage services, as per The Venues CollectionStandards manual, you will be required to ensurethe maintenance of service standards with the aim to maximize profitability whilstliaisingclosely with the Executive Group Members.





This role is a “hands on” working role as a part of a team to provide first-class and efficient service in preparation of all food and beverage services, according to day-to-day operational, administrative and organisational needs.

You will be required to continually develop the specific technical knowledge and functional expertise needed for effective and excellent job performance.

You will be accountable for the operation of the specific venue, ensuring a positive and productive working relationship with Customers, Peers, Subordinates, wait staffs, chefs and senior mangement.
