Redox is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Officer in Sydney’s South‑West to support internal users across desktops, laptops, printers, and network services. You will work with a team of IT systems engineers and developers at our Minto office and assist with hardware/software upgrades and deployments.

A mix of on-site and work from home is available after probation. Key duties include incident triage, ticketing in Zendesk, AD/user management, and documentation.
