Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel is seeking a part time Guest Service Agent who delivers superb guest experiences with a welcoming presence. You will guide guests from check-in to check-out, share local recommendations, and maintain proactive, high-quality service.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts, with a rotating roster and shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm. Immediate start available for eligible candidates with Australian working rights.
