Workfast is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to join our Sydney team. This casual position offers an ASAP start with potential to go full-time in early 2027.

Pay is $45-$50 per hour + super, based on experience, with 38+ hours weekly until the end of 2026 and a path to full time employment in 2027. Ideal candidates have experience in labour hire recruitment across civil, construction, rail, mining or manufacturing, and are comfortable with site visits and onboarding processes.
