ALH Hotels is seeking a Category Manager - Trade to lead the 6–18 month Beverages category strategy across our on-premise venues in Sydney or Melbourne. You will use data and insights to drive growth, profitability, promotions and supplier partnerships with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor and energise direct reports in a hybrid work environment, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a quick-paced hospitality business.
