Wellways is seeking a First Nations Recovery Worker to deliver Community Living Support (CLS) in the Wollongong region. You will work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants to support recovery goals, build connections with family and community, and provide culturally safe, person-centred care.

Travel across the region is required. The role offers SCHADS Level 3 pay, salary packaging and leave loading, with full-time or part time options to support flexible arrangements while
