About the Opportunity

A fantastic contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Officer to join a well-established organisation based in the Albury region.

Supporting a busy finance function, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of accounts payable and receivable processes while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

This position will suit a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is comfortable managing a high-volume transaction environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process supplier invoices and credit notes
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable activities
- Assist with accounts receivable and debtor management duties
- Perform supplier and account reconciliations
- Support payment runs and banking activities
- Resolve supplier and customer queries
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation




- Assist with month-end finance activities
- Provide administrative support to the wider finance team

Skills & Experience

- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Exposure to Accounts Receivable functions highly regarded
- Solid reconciliation skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with finance or ERP systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
