The AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for CDL‑A drivers and Logistics/Office roles in Hobart. You will build a robust driver pipeline, screen qualifications, and coordinate hiring steps with Safety.

You will also partner with HR on performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations, while supporting payroll setup and policy communications.
