First Aid Trainer and Assessor – Melbourne

The Centre for U is looking for an energetic First Aid Trainer and Assessor to deliver practical, engaging first aid and CPR training to learners across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

What you'll be doing

Running hands-on first aid and CPR courses, such as HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and HLTAID011 Provide first aid.

Assessing learners fairly and keeping accurate records in our online learning management system

Travelling to regional locations from time to time.

What you'll bring

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or an equivalent credential accepted under the Standards for RTOs 2025)

Current first aid and CPR competencies, at least to the level you'll be delivering

First aid or emergency response experience, for example paramedic, nursing, ambulance, defence or workplace first aid





A commitment to keeping your skills current through career development

Confidence with online systems and a sharp eye for detail

A current driver's licence
