Catering Industries Pty Ltd in Leeton, NSW, is seeking a FULL TIME Chef Manager to lead kitchen operations at an aged care facility. You will design menus, supervise staff, manage stock and ensure HACCP and food safety standards are met, while delivering nutritious meals that meet residents' dietary needs.

Work a balanced roster from Monday to Friday with occasional weekends, comprehensive handover, and the chance to develop your team in a supportive, caring setting that puts residents first.
