The Opportunity

You'll initially work directly alongside the business owner, learning all aspects of installing premium outdoor blind systems.

No two days are the same.

You’ll work across Sydney, meet great customers and gain experience with a variety of installations, from straightforward residential projects to more intricate and challenging jobs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the installation of premium outdoor blind systems.

- Learning professional installation techniques and industry best practices.

- Safely operating power tools and installation equipment.

- Assisting with measurements, preparation and installation work.

- Working safely on ladders and at heights when required.

- Developing practical problem‑solving skills.

- Showing initiative and anticipating what needs to be done.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.

- Treating every customer's home with care and respect.

- Assisting with other general duties as required.

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply wait to be told what to do — someone who thinks ahead, gets involved and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

Your Career Progression

You’ll begin as an Installer's Assistant, receiving comprehensive hands‑on training directly from the owner.
