Talent Insights Group is seeking a Lead BI Developer for the People Insights team in Australia. This hands-on leadership role will own the Power BI, SQL Server and Power Query workplace, setting reporting standards and guiding a small team of analysts.

You will collaborate with People & Culture and Centres of Expertise to define requirements, transform data into trusted metrics, and deliver workforce reporting across hiring, retention, remuneration, diversity, and planning.
