Tasmanian Government's Department of Health in Hobart is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for the Surgical & Perioperative Services at Royal Hobart Hospital. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, coordinate day-to-day patient care and flow, and support staff development to deliver protected, high-quality outcomes.

You will work with the Nurse Unit Manager and senior clinical staff, lead initiatives to improve quality and discharge planning, and help manage resources
