This hands-on role combines hospitality leadership with a sales mindset, overseeing day-to-day cellar door operations, training staff and ensuring an exceptional visitor experience across cellar door, restaurant and in office accommodation.
You will coordinate tastings, manage stock and POS, and work with a small team to convert visits into memberships and orders.
