Day to Day

- Manage an established portfolio of approximately 120 commercial properties or a residential portfolio
- Oversee a diverse mix of warehouses, retail shops and industrial complexes
- Handle end-to-end property management responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, lease administration and day-to-day property operations
- Work with established systems and processes using Cirrus8
- Collaborate with a supportive team across two regional offices

About You

- Previous experience in commercial property management, or residential property management with a desire to transition into commercial
- Relevant real estate certificate or qualification
- Confident communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions
- Resilient, approachable and able to take feedback in your stride
- Eager to learn, develop and take ownership of your portfolio
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment

Location & Working Arrangements

The preferred location is Ballarat, with candidates from Geelong also considered.

- Ballarat: Based in the Ballarat office, with the potential for 1 day working from home.
- Geelong: Candidates must be able to attend the Ballarat office 3 days per week.
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
