Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function in our Melbourne manufacturing operation. The role focuses on building a culture of quality, maintaining ISO 9001, and partnering with operations, engineering and procurement to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a hands-on team, drive continuous improvement, oversee audits, quality control, and supplier quality, and report on KPI performance across the site and core suppliers.
