About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Client Administrator to join our supportive Sunshine Coast Head Office team in Kawana.

Supporting our sites and operational teams across Australia, you will help ensure client administration is completed accurately, efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

- Job setup and ongoing administration

- Supporting WIP management and job costing

- Processing and reviewing timesheets

- Supporting billing and invoicing

- Maintaining accurate job, cost and compliance records

- Resolving administration queries with site and operational teams

- Supporting improvements to Client Administration processes

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and detail-focused, with:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

- Confidence using Microsoft Office

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- A commitment to providing great service to internal and external stakeholders

Previous administration experience or exposure to construction or mining is beneficial but not essential.
