CareCone Group is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM support specialist to provide L1/L2/L3 assistance for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. You will troubleshoot issues, manage security and access, and support dashboards, rules, and integrations.

The role involves data investigation, SQL queries where applicable, and collaboration with developers and consultants to fix bugs and implement enhancements. 5+ years of experience preferred, Sydney area.
