Furniture Sales Associate (Full time) – Leading Retailer Aspley, QLD Join one of Australia’s fastest-growing furniture retailers as they expand into Brisbane.

Known for stylish, modern collections including sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and home décor, our client is seeking a motivated Furniture Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience and drive sales.

Role

The Role Help customers find the perfect furniture and décor pieces

Responsibilities

- Drive sales and exceed personal and team targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, in-store and over the phone
- Follow up leads and inquiries to convert into sales
- Maintain showroom presentation to premium standards
- Process orders using in-house systems

Requirements

- Available to work both weekend days
- Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement




- Driven by targets and results
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (Bonus)
- Experience in premium products, furniture, or design
- Must able to work both Sat & Sun RDO – 2 days during the week (Mon to Fri)

Store opening hours

- Mon to Sat 9am to 5pm
- Sun 10am to 5pm

Ordinary hours

- Mon to Fri 7am to 9pm
- Sat 7am to 6pm
- Sun 9am to 6pm

38 hrs week Fortnightly payment
