St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical governance, quality and safety, and workforce capability across a 160-bed, 6-theatre private hospital. This senior executive role reports to the CEO and sits on the Executive Leadership Team.

The Director will shape the 2028-2031 strategic plan, drive accreditation readiness, and strengthen clinical leadership across nursing, allied health and support services while maintaining patient-centred,
