Blu Ginger Indian Restaurant in Canberra is seeking a Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will prepare, cook and present a variety of dishes, oversee daily kitchen operations, and work with front-of-house staff to deliver an excellent dining experience.
The role requires at least one year of full-time chef experience, Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, solid food safety knowledge, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
