Job Description

Leading Edge Computers are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified ICT Customer Support Officer to join their team in Griffith NSW. ICT Customer Support

- Provides support, education and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of computer infrastructure and the diagnosis and resolution of technical problems and issues

Responsibilities

- Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
- Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
- Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
- Installing and downloading appropriate software
- Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
- Implementing computer networks




- Designing and maintaining websites
- Repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems

Skills and Abilities

- Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified ICT Support Technician
- An AQF Advanced Diploma holder or any relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a team setting

Salary range is $75,000 - $95,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Position available Applications open on 27th October 2026 and closes on 27th November 2026
