We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised project professional with strong stakeholder engagement and a collaborative approach to delivering outcomes. A focus for this role isassisting in the delivery of grant-funded civil works projects for the Flood Mitigation Team.

Our new site has brought together all Council operations under one roof, creating a dynamic, collaborative, and future-focused workplace. Located on a spacious 71-hectare site, the facility has been designed with staff wellbeing, sustainability, and operational excellence in mind. Rous hasan operational footprint covering 3,000km2. As a county council, we are responsible for providing three specific functions; bulk water supply, weed biosecurity and flood mitigation.

Your average workday will be kept busy by:
Supporting the delivery of grant-funded civil works projects that enhance community flood resilience
Coordinating contractors, consultants and key stakeholders to achieve project milestones
Preparing project reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring funding compliance requirements are met
Managing competing priorities while contributing to the safe and effective delivery of flood mitigation initiatives
