The Opportunity

Representing an extensive portfolio of premium CNC machine tools and advanced manufacturing technologies, you will:

- Manage and develop an established territory with a substantial base of existing manufacturing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with precision engineering, manufacturing and industrial businesses.
- Identify opportunities for additional machinery investment, equipment upgrades and productivity improvements within existing accounts.
- Develop new business relationships and expand market presence throughout the territory.
- Engage with business owners, Production Managers, Manufacturing Managers and technical decision-makers.
- Understand customer machining requirements and recommend technically and commercially appropriate solutions.
- Promote advanced CNC turning, machining centres, multi-axis and multitasking technologies,



and automation solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and capital equipment investment justifications.
- Work closely with applications engineers, service specialists and technical support teams to deliver complete customer solutions.
- Maintain an active presence in the territory, developing a strong pipeline of immediate and longer-term opportunities.

About You

We are open to considering candidates from a range of technical and commercial backgrounds.

You may currently be working as a:

- Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Representative.
- CNC Machine Tool or Capital Equipment Sales Qualified.
- CNC Programmer, Machinist or Applications Engineer with a genuine interest in developing a sales career.
- Production or Manufacturing Engineer with strong interpersonal skills and commercial aptitude.
- Technical specialist within the manufacturing industry looking to take the next step in your career.

Most importantly, you will bring:

- A sound understanding of CNC machining processes and manufacturing environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish credibility with technical and commercial decision-makers.
- A natural ability to recognise opportunities and build productive customer relationships.
- A consultative, solutions-focused approach to technical challenges.
- Commercial awareness, initiative and a genuine desire to succeed in sales.
- The discipline and organisational skills to manage an established geographical territory.
- Enthusiasm for manufacturing technology, engineering innovation and continuous improvement.
