The Opportunity Join a busy and well-established commercial builder on a contract basis, delivering a fast-paced fit-out project in a live environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on Site Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys seeing projects come to life from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on site.
- Maintain strong quality and safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Project Manager and the wider team to achieve seamless project delivery.
- Provide clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout each stage of the project.

About You





- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders.
- Relevant trade qualifications or construction management background highly regarded.
