We are on the hunt for a creative, energetic and organised Digital Content Creator to join a growing and passionate marketing team based in Toowoomba

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves all things social media, marketing, content creation and working with a variety of businesses.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team where your ideas are valued, your creativity is encouraged and no two days are the same

We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, manage multiple projects, build great relationships with clients and genuinely enjoys creating content that gets results.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Creating engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
- Designing eye-catching graphics, posts, flyers and marketing materials using Canva.
- Writing creative captions, blogs, articles, website content and marketing copy.
- Developing and managing social media content calendars and marketing strategies.
- Managing client accounts, attending meetings and building strong relationships.
- Brainstorming fresh ideas and creative campaigns for a variety of businesses.
- Creating and coordinating email marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring social media engagement, website traffic and campaign performance.
- Preparing monthly marketing updates and reports for clients.
- Assisting with basic website updates, images and content.
- Working closely with the marketing and design teams to deliver exciting projects.




- Keeping up with the latest social media trends, digital tools and marketing technologies.
- Helping with general office administration, client enquiries and day-to-day team activities.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is creative, confident, organised and genuinely passionate about marketing

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
- Strong Canva skills and a great eye for design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence communicating directly with clients and managing their expectations.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude with plenty of fresh ideas.
- An understanding of social media trends, engagement and content performance.
- Basic website editing experience would be advantageous.
- Experience with email marketing, video editing or digital marketing platforms would be a bonus.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to grow with the business.
