We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and commercially minded Sales & Estimating Coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and estimating. to join our team. This role combines client engagement and sales support with residential construction estimating, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing pipeline of new homes and multi-unit projects.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations

- Respond to new enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements, budgets and project expectations.
- Prepare and present building quotations, proposals and house specifications.
- Assist with sales presentations, tender submissions and client meetings.
- Maintain client relationships and support the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Estimating & Project Pricing

- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs using architectural drawings, engineering plans and specifications.
- Use Bluebeam and Buildxact for measurements, estimating and project costing.
- Review drawings, specifications and inclusions to identify discrepancies or omissions.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.




- Assist with preparing trade scopes, cost breakdowns, client quotations and tender documentation.
- Maintain accurate estimating records and update pricing information.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to clarify pricing and project requirements.

Skills and Experience

- Sound understanding of the Australian residential construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Buildxact is essential.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and building inclusions.
- Robust numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and estimating deadlines.
- Previous experience in residential construction sales, estimating or a similar role will be highly regarded.
- A qualification in Building and Construction, Quantity Surveying, Sales or a related field is desirable.
