As an APS4 Service Delivery Officer, you will contribute to the effective administration of government grant programs by delivering high-quality operational and administrative support. Working in a team and within established legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks, you will exercise sound judgement, manage competing priorities and contribute to the achievement of business outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, to resolve routine issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities may include:

- applying relevant legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks to support grant administration




- managing and prioritising your workload to meet business objectives and timeframes
- exercise sound judgement to identify and resolve routine operation issues and suspend more complex matters when required
- building and maintaining positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders
- working independently and collaboratively to contribute to team and organisational outcomes
- contributing to continuous improvement, change initiatives and a positive workplace culture.
