About the Company

Our client is a privately owned residential construction company specialising in over-50s lifestyle communities across Queensland and NSW. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering quality homes, fostering long-term client relationships and providing a collaborative team environment.

Due to continued growth and a very strong pipeline over the next 5 years, the business is searching for an additional Production Estimator to join the team. Responsibilities will include:

Supporting the estimating team with material take-offs and purchase orders

Reviewing construction plans, specifications and documentation

Assisting with pricing, costings and supplier quotations

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal construction teams

Preparing and maintaining accurate estimating documentation





Identifying discrepancies and assisting with cost efficiencies

Working closely with senior estimators to continue developing skills and knowledge

Skills and Experience

Good eye for detail, accuracy and numerical skills

Good communication and a team player

Able to work in a rapid paced environment

Passionate about the construction industry
