About the role

You’ll be the link between customers, service technicians and the parts warehouse—identifying the right parts and getting them where they need to be, quickly and accurately. A pathway to full time permanent employment following a short labour hire trial.

Your day will include:

- Identifying and interpreting spare parts for a range of machinery
- Preparing quotes and processing parts orders
- Helping customers over the phone, by email and at the parts counter
- Supporting stock control, receiving, dispatch and stocktakes

What you’ll bring

- Parts interpretation experience in construction equipment, materials handling, agriculture or automotive
- Mechanical aptitude or technical knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A forklift licence would be an advantage
