JJ’s Waste & Recycling, based at our Cleveland HQ in Queensland, seeks a Senior Claims Officer to manage a large motor and property claims portfolio across AU, NZ, and the US. Hybrid work with min 2 days on site supports a structured, rapid-paced environment.

You’ll assess liability, coordinate assessments, and work with third parties, insurers, and service providers to settle claims efficiently. Strong customer service and attention to detail are essential.
