The opportunity





Working alongside Strata Managers, you’ll help coordinate the day-to-day administration and communication that keeps body corporate communities running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to enquiries from owners, committees and contractors
- Assisting with meeting agendas, minutes and correspondence
- Coordinating maintenance requests and following up contractors
- Maintaining accurate records and updating management systems
- Supporting administrative and financial processes
- Following up actions arising from committee meetings

About you

- Experience in strata, property, administration or customer service
- Robust organisation and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Confidence managing competing tasks and following through
- A calm, practical approach to resolving enquiries
- An interest in developing a career in body corporate management
