FMS Group is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our West Coast People & Culture team in Western Australia. You’ll be hands-on across the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, coordinating with operational teams and ensuring offers are issued promptly to enable new starters to hit site.

You’ll work closely with the West Coast Recruitment Lead in a rapid-paced mining and heavy industry setting, managing multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining strong candidate
