We are seeking reliable, hard-working Guard Rail Installers / Barrier Installers with an HR Licence to join our road infrastructure team based out of our Ingleburn depot.

In this role, you will start your shift at the depot, load equipment and materials, and head out in company vehicles to various roadwork and civil infrastructure sites across Greater Sydney. We offer consistent pipeline work across both day and night shifts, with solid earning potential through shift allowances and overtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive HR vehicles to transport materials, tools, and equipment from the Ingleburn depot to roadwork sites.
- Install, repair, and maintain road safety systems including W-beam guardrails, wire rope barriers, crash cushions, and concrete barriers.
- Operate site machinery and installation tools such as post drivers, core drills, impact wrenches, and pneumatic hand tools.
- Perform site preparation, ground leveling, alignment checks, and bolt assembly.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks at the depot and securing loads safely.
- Strictly adhere to site safety guidelines, live-traffic safety procedures, and SWMS.

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Australian Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Previous experience installing guardrails, road safety barriers, civil fencing, or general civil road construction is highly regarded.
- Availability to work the designated shift times (Day: 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM or Night: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- High level of physical fitness and stamina to handle repetitive manual handling and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- A proactive commitment to personal safety and crew safety working adjacent to live traffic.
