Are you looking to launch your career in business administration while gaining real-world operational experience? We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Administration Trainee to join our team.

This entry-level 12-month contract position is designed to build your foundational skills in customer support, administration, and retail operations. You’ll receive both on-the-job mentorship and formal RTO (Registered Training Organisation) qualification training, giving you the perfect launchpad for your career

What Your Week Will Look Like

- On-Site Operations (Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM | 30 hours/week):

- Customer Service & Communication: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and online enquiries. Assist customers with product details, sizing questions, order statuses, and stock availability.

- Administration & Reception: Handle general reception duties, complete accurate data entry, maintain company records, and process customer orders efficiently.

- Office & Retail Operations: Support office management, assist with inventory tracking,



and run retail operations within our Factory Seconds Shop.

- Flexible Training Day (Friday | 3 hours/week):

- Work off-site/from home to complete your RTO coursework modules and online training.

- Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency with basic computer operations, email, and general office software applications.

- Great Communicator: Explicit, professional written communication and a confident, friendly phone manner.

- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for accuracy in data entry and maintaining company records.
