First National Real Estate Bribie Island is expanding our team of independent cleaning contractors, and we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to service our holiday accommodation properties across Bribie Island, Sandstone Point and Beachmere.

We’re looking for motivated individuals or teams who take pride in their work, communicate well and deliver excellent cleaning results. You’ll play an significant role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay.

What We’re Looking For

Valid ABN and Public Liability Insurance

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Own cleaning equipment and supplies

Experience in holiday accommodation cleaning or housekeeping is highly regarded but not essential. Flexibility, initiative and the ability to work independently are important, as bookings and schedules can change at short notice.

Your Responsibilities:





Clean and prepare holiday accommodation to a high standard after guest check-out

Handle linen washing as required, depending on the property

Report maintenance issues, damage or missing items to the agent

Carry out spring cleaning and inventory checks as required

Manage your time effectively, particularly on busy changeover days

Take on optional additional work, including bond cleans and pre-settlement cleans

Cleaning rates are set per property, with work allocated according to property requirements and availability.
